How did this receive NO votes

I know there’s a left and a right - I get that.  But when it boils down to rape how on earth could you vote for it?

   Rape is RAPE, anywhere with anyone against their desires … Period. ALL should be able to sue and get the Offender Charged Criminal also.

   I found it hard to believe that someone had to even propose this piece of legislation. These are crazy times we’re living in.
